looking for motivation

I am not entirely new to this. My SW was 149 lbs and I have lost roughly 10/11lbs through exercise. My diet however, has been bad for a while. I have been stuck in cycles of undereating and stuffing my face and as a result, my weightloss has been stumped completely. So I signed up today as a dedication to tracking amd improving my diet aswell as working on my stamina. I welcome nutirtional and dietry tips and would love to have a support network!
