Super Bowl Snack I'll Be Preparing
8 peeled medium sized shrimp (I use tiger shrimp)
1/2 cabbage
1 shredded carrot
1 and 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste (all it is, is smashed ginger and garlic)
1/2 tsp of Chili Powder or cayenne
1/4 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
a pinch of organic chicken base bouillion
tsp of soy sauce
egg roll wraps
heat up a pan/wok whatever you have at home
add 1 tbsp oil
add ginger garlic mix around until it starts to brown.
add the shrimp, mix.. cook for 5-7 minutes until done. Take shrimp out.. try to keep oil in pan.
add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.. to the pan.same thing until it starts to brown
add cabbage and carrot, mix.. add chili powder.. add corn starch, mix. add chicken base bouillion, mix cook for 5- 7 minutes
chop the cooked shrimp up.. add to pan. mix.
place in egg roll wraps.. close with water. should make 8 rolls.
lightly brush the wraps with oil... should only take 1 tbsp .. but most likely you won't even use that much.
bake in oven on 425 F until goldeny brown. (around 15 minutes)
makes 4 servings
