pinched!

MFP has me at 1860, I'm 52 and weigh 186 and want to lose 10 pounds. I lift weights heavy three times a week and do 40 minutes of hard cardio a day. The weight is slowly coming off but I'm always hungry, any tips?

    Is the 1860 accounting for your exercise? It could be you CAN eat more without really impeding your loss.
