So since I started working out 3-4 days a week, and keeping track of my meals. I find myself eating less than the recommended calories. Am I shooting myself in the foot by doing this. I don't want to eat unless I'm hungry, and being on the go sometimes I just don't have time to eat. Am I putting my body in starvation mode, and storing fat? #Help

Do you ever have cheat days? If so you can look at your calories as a weekly allowance. If you aren't hungry three days of the week and eat less but then you have a cheat day where you go over, it might even out. I tend to be less hungry days I work out but more hungry the day after, so I might eat a little bit over those days. Also I think MFP tends to overestimate calories burned so I rarely eat them all back anyway.0

No time to eat? I have found protein bars to be handy for those moments. Walmart and target sell them. Always drink water with them. Try to eat some protein after a workout.0
