Excited to get back into it....any tips for cravings are greatly appreciated! Also, tips for abdomen fat burn...exercises and such. It's the hardest fat to rid off my body

Eat a lot of protein, it's very filling, helps curb cravings.Also, tips for abdomen fat burn...exercises and such. It's the hardest fat to rid off my body
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. You cannot spot reduce fat. There exist no exercises that will target fat in a certain area. You basically just have to lose weight until you eventually lose fat from that area.0
