It could be a lot of different things stress on your mind, caffeine, sore from workouts, poor diet, etc. Taking a magnesium tablet usually helps me go to sleep if I'm having trouble sleeping.0

I was having trouble with restless sleep when I was eating 1300 cal. I bumped up to 1500 and feel much better. I'm also losing more weight0
