I know its boring but if i spin walk and swim i dont get bored. Over Christmas I have had an awful virus which left me feeling so tired and listless.
Last night I did my first spin since Christmas ans wow it felt so good. Also Ive not gained while I didnt go so hopefully three spins aweek and walking with the odd swim should burn sime of the blubber off. Faye x
