Where do I find the weekly calorie goal?

I keep seeing weekly calorie goals mentioned (as opposed to the daily goal that shows up in the food and exercise diary). I heard it was useful for people who sometimes go over their daily goal or go a few hundred calories below it. But I can't seem to find out how to check it. Nothing on Google tells me how I can find this number either.

you can do a weekly report from your diary (scroll to bottom) and tot up the numbers manually. Don't think it appears anywhere automatically.

Hmm I was reading some other threads (granted they were from last year) that made it seem like there was some number the mfp app gives you. Oh well, guess not.

Hi I only use the app, but under nutrition you can find your weekly totals / net totals. There it tells you your weekly average and if you are over or under your weekly goal for the last 7 days

Thanks you guys for the quick responses. I figured the weekly total would be helpful since sometimes I overeat a little a day or two out of the week. It hasn't seemed to stop my weight loss, but I guess it's because I'm still within my limit by the end of the week.

The app has it under >nutrition <calories
You can select to view by day or week. You can do the same with nutrients and macros.

You can just multiply your daily calorie goal by 7
