Need more friends to keep motivated and share things

Hi everyone this is my 4 th week and I never knew putting hard work and the correct diet would make such a different!!!!
This is my story so far, when I was 17 and single my weight was 16.8 I was body building but I was not eating clean.
After a year I got myself into a relationship, two years into the relationship I was not going the gym and got myself to comfy, i went to a massive weight at 18 stone and 2 pounds, so I knew I needed to change after Christmas I joined the gym and eating healthy has been a major change to my life but I now realise that the diet was the major affect in my life NOT THE GYM.
I am at a current weight at 17stone and 6pounds
I hope this message can motivate other people I would like inspire and for each other to motivate if you would like to add me please do by all means thanks for taking the time to read this I know it was a blag
