On track to a better ME.....

For the last 25 years I have had many of life's ups and downs. This week I have made the commitment to conquer my stress weight issue. Selling our vespa scooters asap and bought bicycles. Whether I ride alone or with my husband, I am going to walk or bike every day. Monitor all my foods and cut out the junk food that makes me fell lousy and adds to the weight issue. No more excuses! A FIRM COMMITMENT. ... I am doing this for me.

I look towards all of you for support and inspiration.

    It sounds like you've already made some great lifestyle changes. I'm in the same mindset right now as well. Making it more of a lifestyle change than the dreaded word "diet" Good luck on your journey! You can do it!!!
