Does anyone have an easy recipe for this? I would like to try and make it...

There's actually a huge thread about protein fluff out here somewhere on the message boards. Search for it!

My version is 227g plain greek yogurt, 31 g chocolate protein powder, 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder, mixed well, sometimes with 80g (or so) banana sliced in. I have not actually looked at protein fluff recipes so I have no idea if what I do comes close.

Usually protein fluff is protein, something like fruit that is mostly frozen (crushed ice works as well), and a small amount of water. Mix it with a hand mixer on high to fluff it up. Check out the recipes in the group. Basically it fluffs up like whipped cream. Here is one that I have posted in the group.

    Blackberries - Frozen, unsweetened, 200 g
    Kaizen - 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder - Decadent Chocolate, 41 g
    Fry's (Canada) - Premium Cocoa, 0.33 tbsp (5 gm)
.25 Cup of water (2 oz)

    285 Calories
    11g Fibre
    37g Protein

Wet ingredients then mix on high 5-10 minutes until fluffy. I added some Stevia as well to kick up the sweetness a bit. It fluffed up well.

This looks awesome. I wasn't sure what protein fluff was. I've been trying to add some protein to my diet, but I don't necessarily want to drink shakes. I was looking here to find some good ideas of high protein snacks. This might just be what I need.
