My name's Oscar , I'm 33 and been using the app for over 60 days and ... I lost 26 lbs !!!!!!!! Now I gotta start going to the gym .... Anyone has recommendations on workouts ? I hate the threadmill !!!! Thanks !!!

Weight lifting. It is one of the best things you can do. A few years ago when I lost 150 pounds, I did circuit training where I would rotate through 10 lifts for 10 sets doing near-max (80% max) each time, but only 3 reps per set for a total of 30 reps per exercise at that 80% max weight. I would rest after set 5 and set 8 for 2 minutes, otherwise I was rotating between lifts. Good way to keep the heart up and work on building strength. I am sure many would disagree with me, but it worked great for me. I would continue each week increasing the weight for each lift until I couldn't do the full 30 reps, then I would drop it down 10% for that exercise and continue.
You can also just do normal weight lifting such as Stronglifts 5x5 or Ice Cream Fitness or some other lifting format. On your off days, do cardio like HIIT exercises or jumping rope, box jumps, etc.
There's tons of things you can do. Just have to find the thing you actually enjoy doing and work at it.0
