Just trying to inspire some others who are having a hard time getting motivated.

Killer workout today. Try and follow me... We did these as a ladder. Sets of 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 6, 8, 10,12 (total of 99 reps of each exercise in each round - 990 reps). "Last blast" was 3 rounds of max out push-ups. I did 35, 25, 20. 733 calories down the drain!

1st round:
Lunge Jumps
Push Ups
Squats
Frog Reaches
Burpees

2nd Round:
Dumb Bell Curls
Arnold Shoulder Presses
Triceps Kicks with dumb bells
Weighted Toe Touches
Pop Squats with weight
