Hello. I have a few friends that have lost lots of weight with the help of MFP, so now I'm finally giving it a shot. For years I have done Weight Watchers on and off but am burned out. I have never tried the calorie counting approach till now. I hope to lose 40 pounds. So far I love MFP.
