Macros help

Any advice would be great on what to set my macros to? I want to lose 5/6 stone by just eating healthy and cutting out processed sugar. Want to try slightly lower carbs unless I need them after gym or days I'm more hungry but so much conflicting pages on what calories I should be eating and what I should set my macros to!
I set my account to lightly active my shirts vary when I am at work I don't sit down but sometimes I work once a week sometimes 5. Any advice would be appreciated ☺️

    If you happen to know what your body fat% is, perhaps start with 1 gram of protein per pound of LEAN mass. Then .35 gram of fat per pound of total weight. Use those as minimums and fill the remaining calories with whatever you choose, could be carbs,fat or protein. Just an idea for a place to start.
