Hello!
Ok, so I finished Insanity last Sunday and started Turbo Fire on Monday. I have been SO. FREAKING. HUNGRY. at night, it's crazy. My calories are set at 1500 and on Insanity, I never had this issue. Has anyone else on Turbo Fire experienced this or am I just crazy?

I've not done TF (maybe someday), but I've had that happen with a new routine. Just go with it for a few days. Eat! Your body needs it.0

I have a theory. Sometimes when I start a new exercise, I think my body needs more calories as it tries to figure out and adapt. So I eat. I make healthy choices, drink extra water to see if it's just thirst, but then if I'm still hungry, I eat. After a while, the body adapts and you'll be able to do better.
On the other hand, maybe you are burning more calories. Get a heart rate monitor and see what it says.
But seriously, if you're hungry, feed your body! If you don't, you're setting yourself up for binging later, and that is NEVER a good thing! Make healthy choices before the hunger becomes so predominant that you can't think and just grab whatever is convenient.0 -
Doing a bunch of cardio makes you hungry. This is normal.
Also the reason why people that do a lot of cardio tend to overeat and stall/reverse their weight loss.0 -
I have a heart rate monitor and I'm burning the same amount of calories with Turbo Fire as I did with Insanity, that's why I was perplexed. Thanks, guys0
