Do I log work activity? ??

If I'm very active and on my feet at work, do I log that as exercise? I mean I am burning calories right?

You should choose your activity level when you set your profile according to what your typical day is like, so if you have an active job, you would choose that activity level and it would factor in to your base calories.

Only log exercise that's above your typical activities of daily living.

Example: I typically walk about 5 miles a shift at work, so I selected lightly active and it figures that activity level in to my calorie goal, and I don't log five miles of walking as exercise. If I come home and go for a walk in the park over and above my typical daily activities, that I might log.

That should be included in your activity level, so no, do not include that as exercise.

No. You can adjust your activity lvl to lightly active instead of seditary but it's not exercise. If you arent hitting your weight goals on that activity lvl put it back to seditary.

No. Just put in your activity level appropriately.
