Probably not eating enough, food allergy or something medical going on0

How many calories per day do you average? Have you been logging your food? And does the pain subside when you eat dinner?0

Lots of questions for you
How many calories are you eating? How many pounds are you trying to lose per week? Has it been successful so far? Have you changed anything about your diet in the last two days or added a workout routine that you werent doing before?0 -

This.
Also, what do you normally eat for lunch? This happens to me if I eat something sweet for breakfast, like a bowl of Cap'n Crunch (I know better, but oh my God I love Cap'n Crunch), and then try to wait several hours before eating again. The Cap'n Crunch just doesn't hold me that long!0 -
I will add you0

I get that way when it's been way too long since I've eaten, especially if the last thing I ate wasn't relatively balanced, macro-wise. (I'll feel the same way if what I had was just carbs, or just protein. I need a little of each macro to keep my system happy).0

Maybe a drop in sugar levels? You could try combining macros so your snack is protein & carb, to see if that helps level things out.
I occasionally experience a low sugar level. Feel shaky, sweaty/hot, unsteady. I tend to keep something readily available, like dried fruit. (Raisins work well.) And if I feel that way, I eat something with sugar in it - and within a few minutes can tell improvement.
I don't experience this often now. I'm the sort who cannot go a long time without eating. And I think eating throughout the day, combining macros, keeps me level. Note: processed sugars are metabolized quickly by the body, natural sugars last longer. So for the past 4 weeks I have been on my diet, but the past two days I have my lunch at 12:15 and I don't eat till 5:00
