Little about myself.. 5'11.. Started at 182...Current 168.. Goal 155-160.. I've been lifting/working out hard the past 2 years. Transformation picture on my IG. I finished my B.S. in Kinesiology, am ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Crossfit L1 trainer.
