Little about myself.. 5'11.. Started at 182...Current 168.. Goal 155-160.. I've been lifting/working out hard the past 2 years. Transformation picture on my IG (Username on main page). Will also be posting exercises on IG. I finished my B.S. in Kinesiology, am ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Crossfit L1 trainer. I have Fitbit sync to MyFitnessPal and it always seems to add extra calories on top of what I know that I burned to my calorie count. Should I just stop syncing it and add it manually what im doing in cardio or strength training? Tks for any help you can give me0
