Fitness and Exercise

Little about myself.. 5'11.. Started at 182...Current 168.. Goal 155-160.. I've been lifting/working out hard the past 2 years. Transformation picture on my IG (Username on main page). Will also be posting exercises on IG. I finished my B.S. in Kinesiology, am ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Crossfit L1 trainer. Feel free to ask any questions, want to be around the motivate and answer any questions anyone may have!

    I have Fitbit sync to MyFitnessPal and it always seems to add extra calories on top of what I know that I burned to my calorie count. Should I just stop syncing it and add it manually what im doing in cardio or strength training? Tks for any help you can give me
