I have an end goal, but it's so far away and a bit overwhelming. So I chose small goals instead, also...First, it was 5 lbs. (done). Next, it was to weight less than my husband. (done). Now, I'm working on weighing less than my brother. Weird, goals, I know. All of these were 5-10 pounds, not too difficult but challenging enough for me. My weekly goal is whatever is less than last week....a loss is a loss. I log every 2lbs lost...never a gain because I need to see the positive. Cheers to your success!0
