30 lbs in six weeks is not possible in a healthy, sustainable manner.0

Six weeks is about six pounds give or take.0

30lbs will not come off safely in 6 weeks. 10-12 is more realistic. Cut down on your sugar intake beforehand and enjoy yourself in moderation on vacation. Have fun!0

My TDEE is about 2000, I couldn't lose that much that fast even if I ate nothing for the next 45 days.
With a reasonable deficit, 5 pounds might be a more realistic number. Don't make yourself sick by not eating enough.0 -
If you now look like the woman in the picture, you should not lose 30 lbs!!!!
To answer your question regarding sugar....you will have to really want it. Take glutamine in the morning, empty stomach 5-10 mg. Take chromium with each meal. Increase your protein consumption to 1 gram per lb of body weight and your fat to .5 gram per lb of bodyweight. Stay away from simple starches such as bagels, crackers and white bread, white potatoes or pasta as these things will only make your body crave more carbs/sugar. You should eat less than 30 grams of sugar/day and if you're trying to lose weight, make it less than 5% of your total calories. Trying to lose a lot of weight in a hurry? Do Atkins induction for 2 weeks. Good luck0
