I lost 50 pounds using Weight Watchers online and have maintained that loss for 15+ years. I have 1 pound to get back to goal, and am using calorie counting to do so. I liked WW for its structure, but I think calorie counting is easier for me.

Do you know any good frozen food or even what to eat during the day that's really healthy and will help to lose weight and keep it off..??

The thing that will help you lose weight is eating fewer calories than your body needs to maintain your current size. When you do that, your body burns fat (and to some extend muscle) to supply the needed energy, and you lose weight. What those calories consist of is not important to weight loss alone. It may be important to your overall health and to keeping you feeling good and sticking to the program, but there is no need to make rapid drastic changes to your diet and no magic foods that are required to make you lose or be "healthy."

It's a good idea to start gradually paying attention to the nutrition content of your food, which logging will help you do- if you're getting too little protein or fiber, aren't getting some vitamins or other micronutrients, are getting most of your calories from empty carbs, or other common first-world nutritional issues, you may notice long-term health effects and have trouble sticking to your calorie target. But those aren't important to master to start losing weight. To start losing weight, you just have to know how many calories you're eating, and how many you're using every day, and arrange it so the first number is smaller than the second. Boom, you'll lose weight. Meal spacing can help some people stick to their plan, but it won't change the actual rate of loss.

The "healthiest" food in the world will make you gain weight if you eat more of it than you need, and the "unhealthiest" will still let you lose if you don't eat more of it than you need. It's just calories in and calories out.

How long did you do it for? How was the food? How expensive was it?
