Hello MFP peeps my name is Christopher Hile I am 44 6'1' about 193lbs from Northwest Ohio and i have been into exercising on and off for a couple of years now well i guess you could say more off than on lol. But i think every since i found MFP i have been a little more serious about working out and staying fit as well as eating right.
