I have PB every day for breakfast on a low-carb pita. EVERY day. Never touched it when I was heavy, now I can't get enough of it. I use a regular teaspoon to scoop it, otherwise my "two tablespoons" would end up like, half a cup!

I cant even have it in the house anymore. I used to eat inch thick peanut butter on homemade bread breakfast lunch and supper. Pretty sure the size of my a** is a clear indication of the amount of peanut I ate

Anyone having problems putting down the peanut butter spoon ? I don't understand when I was heavier I never ate peanut butter and now that I slimmed down all I want to eat is peanut butter.

    Flustrating..

I have been craving it a lot also use to never eat it.

Nothing wrong with that. Peanut butter IS a healthy snack! It's a great source of protein and healthy fat so if you are craving PB your body is telling you that it either wants (1) more protein or (2) more healthy fat. Just work it into your daily calories.
