reinforces a lot of what folks like @ninerbuff have said in remarks on other threads - the gist of the article is that, essentially, if you're working out strictly as a means of burning calories, that your body may be enforcing "plateaus" past a certain point, and that exercise alone won't carry you past a certain point if calorie burn and weight loss is a priority - but that cutting back intake should be your focus.
not that ANYBODY here has ever pointed that out, though. (end sarcasm)
