Am I supposed to eat all my calories, including the ones I get from exercise?

Because I'm allowed 2k+ calories and I can get to 3k by exercising. But isn't that a lot to eat for one day? I'm new to MFP so I don't know! Thank you :)

    People differ. I usually eat back about 1/3 to 1/2 of my exercise calories back, but every now and then I don't eat any of them, and sometimes I eat all of them!
