A little short on info there...
How much weight do you need to lose?
Is your goal weight reasonable & healthy (according to BMI, or at least your doctor)?
How many months?
Why all of a sudden have you decided you need to do this on a deadline?

I need to loose 40 lbs by May because I'm giving a speech in font of a large crowd and my anxiety and weight makes me feel like it's impossible to look good or feel good about myself to give a strong speech. I've cut down my eating a lot. Trying to get atleast 1000 calories a day to maintain healthy though. My work and school life makes it hard to even use my gym membership. Most of my weight is from snacking and drinking to much.0

That's a lot of weight to lose in that amount of time. It's not impossible but it is very aggressive. You could put a good dent in it though. I'd suggest raising your calories a little. 1000 is a not much to eat every day. But if you are prone to binges it might not be a bad idea to keep it low to offset those.0 -
Quick weight loss is usually bad. Do you want to lose it in your face, feet, and hands? Slow steady is better while you build up muscle.0
