Need advice from those who've lost, stalled, then lost again?

Almost 2 years ago I started losing weight here. In 16 months I lost 90 pounds.

This school year I have hit a major stall (I'm a HS teacher). My work and family schedule has gotten the better of me and I've lost the determination I've had. This school year I've maintained, so I don't see it as a total fail. But Nov, Dec, and Jan have been super busy such that I've neglected myself and my goals.

I am wondering how you got your mojo back? I'd like to lose another 30 pounds to get to safely within a healthy BMI. I'm just not sure that I can make this happen as I've lost a bit of confidence.

Thanks for your help in advance!

I didn't just stall, I gained some weight back. For me, getting my mojo back came from seeing the scale inch back up, seeing the tone in my muscles start to disappear, getting out of bed feeling heavy, I've had headaches for years, when I watched what I ate, they went away, those started coming back, acid relux went away and then made a return and I just got disgusted with myself.

For me watching fitness vlogs and videos on YouTube is what got me excited and motivated again. I saw those bodybuilders and fitness gurus so passionate about health that it only pushed me harder. Also I honestly don't think about going to the gym now. I know when my gym notification comes on I have to get ready and go with no second thoughts.

I lost over 30 lbs. I started to gain weight back. I created a challenge group and lost 25 lbs more. Again I slowly gained 5 lbs back. I did not finish my challenge strong but I need a new challenge group.

Start small and slow. It'll come back like riding a bike.

I have Learned that we have to keep weight loss and ourselves a priority or we slip back into old patterns and either stop losing or start gaining. Sad but true!
