Going from keto to lower carb?

I am thinking of expanding the kinds of foods I can eat, and eat more carbs than may allow me to stay in ketosis. Keto is working for me, but I find myself wanting to eat foods with more carbs from time to time. And the occasional dinner of pizza. Not to the point of exceeding my calorie limit, just to vary what I eat.
Has anyone else upped their carbs after being in ketosis, did you notice any difference in the way you felt, and your ability to stay in deficit? (Currently on the keto diet, I am not hungry often, and usually only right around meal time, so it is easy for me to eat this way, except as I mentioned, there are times when I would like to eat more carbs).

I did that. OK up to about 70 grams/day. Above that, the hunger kicked in. I'm back down around 50 now, right on the edge....will see how it goes.....

When I first started I was keto and then I added in beans, nuts and other higher carb foods. I noticed an1 week stall while my glycogen settled but remained in a deficit and went on to lose 80lbs over there next year. Felt better around 100g carbs and not in ketosis but my adherence to macros is much better

I have slipped out of ketosis a couple of times when my carbs and protein crept up. The only difference I felt was hunger. I find I am hungrier as my carbs increase.

My blood glucose levels would rise too but I have IR, which is not an issue for many.

It seems a good chunk of ketofiles who are very low carb for weight loss, rather than for sought after health benefits, are likely to increase carbs to low or lower carb as they get around goal weight. Makes sense as it is easier to eat more carbs than very low carb.
