Banana Oat Pancakes

4 bananas ripen
2 eggs
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
butter cooking spray
Combine bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder and cinnamon in blender until smooth...Let sit 10 minutes. Heat grill...grease and cook pancakes 2 minutes on each side....
Very moist so you don't need syrup. Very delicious and healthy.

Oh! Sounds great. Change to three bananas and add flax or chia seeds or nuts for a little more protein if you wanted.
