I plan to stay on track this weekend. No derailing!!0

Friday is my Saturday. Double Yay. It is also my monthly pay day.
Playing with some horses and then Going grocery shopping. Need to load up on some fresh fruits and veg.

We have a house guest this weekend and Saturday night is going to be take-away night (Chinese or Indian) and I am really looking forward to it. I have been banking calories and getting in some extra exercise all week to help with the calories it will cost me.0

I have managed to go off track every weekend for several weeks in a row... Breaking the cycle this weekend by staying busy and planning my meals. I'm even going to set random alarms on my phone to make sure I keep my goals in mind0
