30 day challenges, do they really work ??

It seems these days that no matter what area of your body you want to improve some clever boffin has created a 30 day plan for it. But the thing is, do any of them actually work?
To keep me motivated and focused I have decided to test myself with them and document my progress.
Starting today with my squat challenge, just finished 50 so onwards and upwards for tomorrow.

    Ugh. The squat challenge sucks. I did it last year. It just got boring and repetitive. Didn't see any difference in strength from it either. Good luck though. Maybe you'll find it different for you

    I just started my life again. Working out and eating right.
    I am on day 10 of a 30 day Butt, Cardio, Burpees, Pushups and Ab Challenge.
    5 different apps. So far its okay. . . . Should have just started with one of the five.... but I incorporate a speed rope for added cardio and in this week and a half ive never had more energy!
    I will totally do another 30 day challenge. But only one bext time
