Logging exercise

I am on a 1500 calorie a day diet and have been sticking to it but I'm not losing weight. Should I also be logging my exercise on this app. I run 4 days a week and go to the gym 5 days.

    You should be logging and eating some of those calories back, but if you aren't losing it's because of your intake. How long has it been since you lost weight? How do you determine how much you're eating (i.e. food scale/measuring cups/eyeballing portions)?
