I was just wondering if anyone has tried the company, ItWorks! Three of my friends recently became distributors for the company and I and constantly hassled by them to try their products. I keep seeing reviews saying "this would is crap, it doesn't work, keep your money".
Has anyone here experienced any of their products?

I can tell, one of the girls got upset when I didn't order THAT DAY! It's been about three weeks and I haven't heard from her. but I still keep seeing the "promotions" they have on facebook.

It is a MLM where people start selling to friends and family something that does not work. The company propaganda promises the "seller (your friend or relative)" a discount on their pricey products if they can sell their scam to others.

It doesn't work. I have seen so many reviews on YouTube by people who do not sell ItWorks and all of them say it doesn't work. You would get the same results by just drinking water. I have 5 actual friends and family members who sell ItWorks. They all recruited each other for the "bonus". What happened is they are now all competing for business because they all have the same friends and family. I would laugh if it wasn't sad because each one of them had to pay $100 to be able to sell the products. The stuff doesn't work and chances are the average person will not get rich by doing it.

At least you're better able to distinguish whom your friends are/aren't now. I think that they might either be desperate or greedy, for money & they're possibly hassling their family, as well.

I have had friends get sucked into those sorts of schemes from time to time. I feel sorry for them that they believe the BS. Just ignore the posts. Don't comment, don't respond. They eventually give up and quit. Why? Because it doesn't work.

A friend of my niece used the wraps on her wedding day. She did lose enough water weight to feel great in her wedding dress but the effect was gone by the end of the reception. At least she knew it was only temporary and knew what she was spending her money on. For her it was just the same as hiring a pro to do her make-up: a one time splurge for a special occasion.

ItWorks to make money for them (hence why they're pushing so hard), but ItDoesn'tWorks for anything else. They're scam products.

no it doesnt work. not for weight loss. i actually like some of their other (non weight related) supplements but the wraps are only temporary. so for a night out or special event, it would be okay, but its not a long term solution.

The very fact that they had to resort to calling their scamwoo "It Works" should tell you...it doesn't.

I know a woman who used either the carb blocker or the thermo pill and ended up with liver issues from it.one of my daughters friends keeps pushing these products and tries to say she lost all this weight using all the products from it works. its getting ridiculous how much she pushes the product, its got to the point that she lies about her size to sell the products or get others to become sellers.

I have only tried the It Works greens. I only used it when I had a hard time quitting smoking and caffeine. For me it helped a lot, but they misadvertise that wrap thing. I see a lot of people thinking it will make you lose fat, but really it's for tightening loose skin (stated on the packaging) and even for that you have to continuously buy the product so it's a temporary fix if it works at all.

I love the greens - they help give me a pickmeup at work without drinking soda. The wraps don't work.

It doesn't work. At all. And I had a friend have to close her bank account and start a new one because they wouldn't stop her subscription (I think it was the wraps) even after she told them to repeatedly. They just kept sending them and debiting her. Beware.

It's shocking that she even was able to contact the company, to even attempt; to cancel. I've read about people, not being able to even request; a cancellation from some scams. Typically because of either no telephone # or they don't answer because they have the person, on hold for hours & the caller, just gives up or the call automatically disconnects, supposedly due to; high call volume & all of the representatives, being busy; with other customers!

I know someone who sells it. Funny thing is, I haven't once seen her talk about losing weight on her own.

A friend of mine sells the wraps and I got a couple to play with just for curiosity. I'm a cosmetic formulator and these are just a cosmetic product. They do not make you lose weight...

The formula is designed to reduce edema (as in water). They do work....pretty well. But the effect is temporary and only lasts about 72 hours max. Go back to eating salt and food and drinking water and the bloat will come right back.

But they might be useful before a trip to the beach or a big event.

To me they aren't any different than wearing mascara or foundation to make yourself look better.

Companies like this (MLM) prey on "distributors" because the likelyhood of close friends and relatives helping out someone on a sale is pretty good. Most of the time they don't want to feel bad, so they purchase something. The real scam here is that in most MLM's one HAS to usually be on an autoship plan and THEY end up being the regular income for the uplines. And 90% of the time product (regardless of brand) is usually lower in quality than it's competitors for the price.

My best friend's sister started distributing ItWorks! and tried to get my fiance and I in a group. We respect her but made it pretty clear we didn't want part of it. And guess what? She was mature enough to not stop talking to us. Your friend needs to not be bratty over fad diets that do absolutely nothing. It's a waste, just like every other product boasting it'll help.

I had a, "friend," ask me if she could use my before and after weight loss pictures claiming it was her It Works products.
I politely told her to go duck herself. Then she deleted me on Facebook... it was like the trash took out itself!

yep they steal others pics and use them to claim their products gave the person results. I know of a few ladies who had that happen to.

I've always been curious where they get the before and after photos. Someone I know is selling them and all of her "before" pictures are of a woman who must be like 24 hours postpartum and then all of the sudden with the wraps, she's thin again! It's bizarre.
