Cardio Exercise advice?

Anyone have any no-knee cardio exercises they do at home with little-to-no equipment? I usually go for walks for my cardio, but there's so much snow and ice out there I need something I can do in my apartment. I have arthritis in my knees so it has to be little-to-no impact and no kneeling (and no squat-like motion).

Any tips are much appreciated!

Walk at Home videos...a few samples and older ones on YouTube, newer ones on DVD. See if this will work for you.

This is low impact aerobics with zero choreography. The nice thing about no choreography is you can make moves smaller (or bigger) and swap out anything that's uncomfortable.

Re : knees. The side to side elements. I need to be very aware and pick up my feet. If I drag my feet (especially on carpet) my right knee will feel it the next day. Stretching - most videos have a little bit after the work out. I'm over 50, I will add additional stretches too.

I'm doing a very low impact DVD series called FTXMax. They have a leader and 3 modifyers. One of the is a super low impact person. It's a 3 month program and you might find it gets you through the winter!
