Hi all,

Just moved over to the UK from NZ and looking to shed 8kgs over the next few months. Finding it really difficult because I already eat healthy and exercise. My issue is overeating.

Also I am a vegetarian. When I became vegetarian I gained a lot of weight because I was eating a lot of junk vegetarian food. Now having my diet under control and have already lost 4kgs of the total 12kgs, I would like to get rid of the rest.

Any yummy and healthy vegetarian recipe ideas would be great.

Cleo

    Hi,

I would suggest to try green smoothies. It's something I discovered recently and it helped me a lot to restart my diet after several month of pausing. They fill your stomach and take away the sugar cravings.

    Hi Cleo

Join some of the groups - there's a Team UK group for people in the UK, and there's veggie groups too! Lots of people to get to know and have as friends
