trying to lose weight for me and daughter

Hello, I am 21 years old and a single mother. I recently noticed that I gained a lot more weight after giving birth five months ago to my daughter. I would love to go back down to my weight before being pregnant. I weigh 253 now, I would love to go down to 215 again. I'm tired of feeling exhausted and out of breath just by going up and down the stairs when I carry my daughter. I need the extra motivation!

Good for you! As your daughter gets older, you will be able to teach her a valuable lesson on the importance of being healthy.0

Imomw2016, I've always been a little bit heavier, but never this much. My weight has been an issue for a long time. But now people can hear my breathing and I'm very self conscious. I don't want my daughter to be like me in this aspect. So anything I can do, I'm willing to do!0
