Bmi and weight

Just a question guys need help or advice really.. I'm 5,7 10stone male and my bmi is 21.9.. my ideal weight is between 8.6 and 11.6 stone .. so I'm bang on in the middle but I still look skinny my wrist,coller bone, hip bone, knees. I no there bones and u can't do anything to make them bigger, but how do I takeaway the affect of this...
I love power lifts like cleans,snatches and other compound movements push and pull days..
Should I be eating more, or stay the same and work harder...
