Don't think you can "do it on your own"... stay with MFP!

So I tried this whole month to "do it on my own". I was so thrilled with the weight I'd lost in 2 months with the help of MFP that I was sure I could lose a bunch more if I ignored "writing down" what I was doing for exercise and eating for food. Guess you could say I was guessing/assuming that I was doing lots and eating less. WRONG! Didn't loose a thing these past 30 days in lbs. Might have lost a few inches, which was nice but the scale didn't move an inch. How depressing. But I'm here to tell all my friends on MFP and the creators of MFP that you are what works for weight loss and I thank you tremendously. And I'm happy to say that I'm back on track and I can already feel the difference.
