Hello,

I am required to go on a business trip for 3 days starting Monday night.

I am staying in a hotel Lawrence NY near JFK. My room does not have a mini fridge or a microwave.

I need help creating a meal plan so I do not "fall off the wagon" while I am on this trip.

My nearby food options are as follows:

Costco right next door (and I have a membership)
Burger King
Popeye's
Applebee's
Pizza Hut
Wendy's
Subway
A few local greek & Italian restaurants

Any advice and or help is appreciated. My instinct is to go to Costco and try to find something healthy but my lack of refrigeration/cooking hardware is a problem, especially if I had to buy anything in bulk.

Thanks again.

Skip the buns on burgers. Pizza hut thin crust veggie pizza isn't the worst thing they have. Subway isn't too bad for the most part. Popeye's for a treat, skip the fries. Applebee's likely has items on their menu that are listed as having under a certain caloric value. Greek restaurant probably has decent salads.

You can find the nutrition info to most of the chain restaurants online, so you could plan well ahead.
