Hello, my name is Jocelyn. I've used this app on and off for a few years now! However, I think this time I'll do better with it (and am) since I more motivated to lose weight!. I have 1 quick question! Why does my nutrition stats always want me to have 0 of poly and mono fats??? I'm confused because I those are goos fats.

Because there really isn't a minimum/maximum for those fats so it isn't something measured the same way fat, carbs and protein are.

    Yep, what he said ^^

You have a fat goal, and there is a saturate fat RDA which MFP uses. The rest should be unsaturated but there is no RDA for the breakdown of how much mono or poly.

unsaturated fats are not accounted for on nutrition labels, at least in the U.S. so it's hard to track them.
