Hello, my name is Jocelyn. I've used this app on and off for a few years now! However, I think this time I'll do better with it (and am) since I more motivated to lose weight!. I have 1 quick question! Why does my nutrition stats always want me to have 0 of poly and mono fats??? I'm confused because I those are goos fats.

Because there really isn't a minimum/maximum for those fats so it isn't something measured the same way fat, carbs and protein are.0

Yep, what he said ^^
You have a fat goal, and there is a saturate fat RDA which MFP uses. The rest should be unsaturated but there is no RDA for the breakdown of how much mono or poly.0 -
unsaturated fats are not accounted for on nutrition labels, at least in the U.S. so it's hard to track them.0
