So I bought some ground turkey to try, peppers and brown rice and I'm looking to make stuffed peppers.

Does anyone have a healthy recipe with these ingredients that they love? Please share!

I would just brown the turkey in a pan, add some onion and garlic if you like, season to taste and mix it with the rice. Personally, I'm low carb, so I'd leave our the rice and add chopped mushrooms. Depends on your taste as to what spices to use, but a bit of salt and pepper and maybe paprika or a bit of cayenne pepper would do the trick.

Try the Epicurious Stuffed Red Bell Peppers stovetop recipe. It has much better texture than the baked. The meat is not sautéed first which keeps it moist. Just replace ground beef with turkey and white rice with brown. I replaced half the sweet paprika with hot and used canned Italian tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Tasted even better then next day.
