Refeed Day ?'s...

So my macro split is 40%p/35%c/25%f (179p/157c/50f) i am cutting..... Male, 5"3 165..with a goal weight of 140 or so. Looking to do a high carb refeed day every 4 or 5 days, and just curious how much i should bump my carbs and calories for a refeed day? Thanks!!

Personally, I eat about maintenance every Saturday. I say about because I just don't track but try to think of it as refueling and not binge. I find by Thursday I'm hungry and feeling the deficit/workouts. I think it's good to have one day of no tracking. You have to pay attention to what you eat, but can avoid obsessing on calories for a day.0
