I went to a local restaurant for lunch today they didn't have any nutrition information on their food. I got a thin crust pizza that was made with an olive oil base, feta cheese, grilled asparagus and grape tomatoes. How on earth would I even begin to calculate that for my diary?

I would look for something similar at another restaurant....will often be very close.

I would maybe do a plain flatbread from another restaurant and then log the toppings separate since they are so unique you are unlikely to find a similar combo in the database. Or just pick a similar veggie pizza.
