    Make a list of reasons why you are or want to make the change - not just in your head, write it down or on your phone and keep it with you always. Read your list twice a day every day and every time you have sabotaging thoughts.

    Check out Instagram for before and after pics, there are weigh loss and gain and body transformations.

    Add people on here and they will help cheer you on.

    Make friends with common goals, keep your old friends if they are supportive, and drop the dead weight that wants you to live small.
