I did a fairy intense calf routine yesterday and today I can barely walk. My calves are so sore and tight. Does anyone know a recipe to help this? Ibuprofen maybe?

Do you have a foam roller? Or a lacrosse ball? Use that to roll under your calves, release the fascia and trigger point any particular tight spots. I also find that using the ball on the soles of my feet helps release my calves.

Foam roller, ibuprofen, and time to recover. Next time be sure to stretch out after your workout (hold the stretches for 30 seconds) and maybe not go at it so hard. Not every session should be balls to the wall.

Yep, they got it above. Get a foam roller. It'll hurt like the dickens when you roll them out, but will feel soooo much better afterwards! Drink lots of water to help flush out all that lactic acid, and make sure to stretch before and after your workouts.

Ohhh I hate when this happens. A month ago I could hardly walk and the stairs were my worst enemy. Mine lasted a week. Good luck buddy lol

Roll a tennis or lacrosse ball under your calves.
