I know this question probably has been asked a million times on here but is it best to weigh yourself in your " Birthday Suit"?

Of course. Why would you count the weight of your clothes? I mean if you're in public please keep them on, but at home just weigh your actual body (in other words get nekkid)0

Best most accurate method I have is to do it in the morning upon waking up and after your first bathroom visit if possible. this will give you your absolute dry weight before taking in any solids or fluids for the day. Do it the exact same way every time. Throughout a day a person can fluctuate at least 5 pounds or more depending on size.0
