Proper way to measure?

Hey MFP athletes,
I am wondering what the proper way to take measurements are? Do you flex your all of your parts? Abs, Thighs, Chest, Bis? Or do you just relax and take rested measurements with you arms to your side?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I am just starting all of this and want to figure out how to get a proper baseline.
Thanks everyone.

Relax not flex. Measure around the largest part of each site. Kept tdee level an snug but not tight. Best to use s myotape or similar device that locks. You can goggle it. You have to be consistent and measure in the exact same spot each time.0
