Just so I understand - you're 106 lbs right now, and you want to get to 224 at 5'7?

Your max healthy weight at 5 foot 8, which you aren't quite, is around 11 stone 11 so what's going on?

A few years ago my wife had lost so much weight that she was in danger of becoming at high risk of unhealthy consequences. We consulted a professional dietician for her suggestions how my wife could gain at least 20 lb. I don't know how many stone that is. The dietician recommended butter on everything and have ice cream or pie for desert.

1 stone = 14 lbs, so it would be 1 stone 6 lbs.
